I got recommended in issb in 8 years back but could not join due to traffic accident. Everyone who asked me I told them that we don't have to be artificial in issb. Yes we should work hard. Prepare for interview and tests. Dress up in a good manner and be polite yet firm. Should be reasonable and optimistic (not over confident) ...no GTO or interviewer is your friend. They are doing their job and you should give your best.... Its not about the brightest person it's about the most resilient and realistic one... Even if you don't get recommended you should not be a negative or toxic person. Alhamdulillah I have achieved good in life even though me and another friend who had hepatitis didn't join.... Stay positive and be humble brothers.

Bhai Issb zaroor jao lakin pichay backup zaroor rakho. Bagair backup kabhi mat jao. Kamaz kam university ma admission bhi sath he ma lay lo. Warna issb ma recomend hona naseeb walo ki bat hi. Agar ap not recomend ho gay to comision sa to jao ga sath he university sa bhi jao ga.

bro I was Recommended in 148 GD(P), first thing I wanna tell you the you should mantain constant flow of words means better communication skills, there was nothing like "Woh english mai question pooch rha tha" we were told in the very start of our ISSB " apnay bs urdu mai baat karni hai" no english burger wala scene. or overall acha raha tha experience and one thing look at your 5 mint video again. apnay apnay sir par 10+ times hath phera look at your body movements. And one thing you dont even remember you Brothers Rank???? seriously??

Bhai shukar kro aap ka initial clear ho gaya. Issb mein kahanian nahin chalti.there should be a concrete reason and logic behind every answer. There is nothing to do with that weather you are good at communication or not but they dig out that your are an optimistic, positive and logical person. But better luck next time......

this interview was quick because other two Examiners didnt given a good report about you , else it would be long interview with lot of maths and gerenal knowladge questions , and questions related to subjects you have done , all these question they ask to relax you, and interviewer didnt ask any hard question , so it mean , he wasnt interested ,i kknow one guy in our group he only asked him how many girls he has slept with , and spoken to him about girls. my interviewer was very long and technical ,all technical questions i failed
