It was such a wonderful opening. Over all the collection was amazing. Noble, humble, beautiful, and gorgeous.

A needed change from the Pleats however i feel like it was a bad interpretation of Comme Des Garcons. It was a bad interpretation of Issey Miyake.

in 1981, 5 Japanese designers : Issey Miyake, Rey Kawakubo, Yohji Yamamoto, Hiroko Koshino, Kansai Yamamoto stormed Paris with new aesthetic in fashion world which later on by some called : grunge, unfinished, deconstruction, and most importantly, introducing black on black that is far from clothes to funerals. These five designers brought similar aesthetics in their own style. After that, fashion wasn't the same anymore. Issey himself in 1993 introduces its pleats collection and has well accepted . Issey has lots of lines, not just pleats of course.

Disappointing. The half-off shirts thing was gimmicky.
