Sometimes shooter put one cardridge from one pocket then next one from another. Question is: different ammo for left bird and right bird? Or ammo is the same for all athletes?

Same ammunition. Ammunition is heavy they do this to balance themselves out put half your ammo on one pocket and half in the other then remove one from each pocket keeps your weight balanced. Because vast with ammo inside is pretty heavy. It's all about balance.

Some shooters prefer to use a trap cartridge for the second shot of the reverse double. So, this only applies to finals. (ie: the reverse double is shot at a significantly higher distance than a normal double)

@@ΒΙΒΛΙΟΧΩΡΙΟΒΙΒΛΙΟΧΑΡΤΟΠΩΛΕΙΟ thank you for answer. SKEET is like 24gram of #9 (2.0mm) shot and TRAP is 24ram of #7.4 (2.4/2.5mm). My experience was, when I put skeet cardriges I was not able to hit at TRAP any clay. After 10 rounds I read "SKEET" ;) swapped to TRAP and it was much perfect. 2.0mm shot is spreading faster and on shorter range then slighty bigger 2.4/2.5mm ones ... but I can be wrong with my low experience ...
