I watch a lot of the ISSF shooting programs and find that the programs that have the commentator are far more enjoyable the ones without. I don't know why you sometimes you have commentary and sometimes you don't but please try to add commentary as much as possible it makes a world of difference. Thanks.

I would like to see the targets being shot! It would be nice to know what shotgun the players are using, maybe where they are from. These commentators are not helpful at all.

Can someone answer me this. Why do the shooters use over unders? Seems strange since they only use one shot and a single barrel would be more suitable. Do they do it just cause they like the feel better?

Doubles on occasion. Weight.

They only use one cartridge during the final. The preliminary rounds (125 targets) are using both barrels. Hence they need a double barrelled gun.

Costas Pavlou semi autos are also frowned upon although that's what I use

The main reason semi autos are not really welcome at shooting ranges is mainly to do with safety issues. Shooters are just a little wary of seeing a "closed" gun being carried around the ground. There are other issues as well, namely when an auto is fired the ejector mechanism etc. can be a bit noisy also the ejected cartridge can fly around.
