Issue a credit note | Odoo Accounting

My pal Dal, your videos are great. What if the customer has already paid? It would seem that issuing a credit note like you did in your video would reduce the invoiced quantity so that Odoo now recognizes this SO as needing to be invoiced. (since invoiced quantity is now less than quantity ordered). This doesn't seem right, since there's nothing more to invoice. Am I missing something?

I think you miss update credit note price instead of quantity

Yes, I think you are right, may be this is the reason why the quantity of tomato plant is not updated to 9 in the invoice after crediting.

Guess It should have been the quantity to be modified instead of the price to mkae sense. But we get the meaning.

@@OMERAAZIZ The quantity in original invoice should not update though, because the credit note already pay for the one product that damaged - shipped. If Pal do it correctly, I still 10 in the original invoice
