So many typical mistakes throughout this entire movie it's the same old same old. The girlfriend is really not a girlfriend at all. She's really Stephanie's frenemy and Stephanie is so desperate to have a baby, she's willing to compromise her entire marriage. Not to mention that the husband knew that his soldiers weren't marching right all along making his poor wife believe that she's the problem when it comes to conception

So he's been hiding that he can't have kids so when his wife gets pregnant just after meeting an old friend he's suspicious. Maybe she did cheat and he'll forgive her because he's been lying about having kids. Also single women and married women shouldn't hang out because they have different priorities. The single woman is usually jealous her friend is married so you can't listen to her advice
