issues with ticktick

thanks for this video. I jsut got TickTick & was so excited but already experiencing annoying issues. Have you experienced daily reoccurring tasks not showing up. Mine will show up on all days ahead in week view for a split second then disappear completely. no clue how to remedy this. Any advice?
