This is a PhD program, if you have completed your Bachelors, you can apply directly for this PhD opportunity. It will cover your masters and PhD both.

@@MuqadasMuqadas-w1s since there is no special mention about English language requirement, but the program is in English, applicants should demonstrate English proficiency through academic and professional backgrounds, and if you have English language certificate IELTS, TOEFL etc you must submit it, but if you have English proficiency issued by university, you can submit it. For clarity, you can ask this from the International office through email mentioned in the video.
