qustion 22 i thought it would be option B as it covers all transitions, A does not cover S3 to S4. But i see tahat it covers all states.

Q.20 why are we considering negative value here ? When we can not buy with -1$ ?

hi can you tell for question 22,why the answer is A not B, as the path S3 to S4 is not covered in option A.

Notice that the question is asking for "valid transitions to cover every state" so we only care about visiting every state. Your answer would be correct if the question is asking about "valid transitions to cover every transition"

Very good question. But the key word is minimum. If it was maximum then answer B would have been correct. Hope that's a better explanation.
