I've work on this engine in a MQ 125 kva gen set. Turbo seal went and it fired up in reverse. Had to replace turbo and cam sensor. Had 18000 hrs.at this time and did went on to do more hours. It was not look after well other than changing oil and filters.

TC here stands for T=Turbo and C=Intercooler Not sure about the others.

hi. how much degrees u put in advance when u install the injection pump?

It’s common rail, timing is done electronically. Pump does not determine timing, only builds pressure.

@@2jzInside1 I looked at the intake side and it looks exactly like my engine with common rail. The part where the lines for the injectors are attached to is the common rail. You can see closeups in the parts catalog. 4HK1.
