Isuzu D-Max Utah Tow Car review 2019 [CC]
We have luckily been loaned an Isuzu D-Max Utah pick-up for a couple of days to review. As we spend a lot of time travelling and towing our 8 ft Adria exploring the UK we thought this was a fantastic opportunity to see how this vehicle performs every day tasks.
We have used this for a short period and have used it for day to day tasks and ultimately to see how the vehicle tows. Well we also would like to know but watch the video to see what happens.

A good honest review. I agree with you that the engine could be lacking with a heavy caravan or towing loads.but overall a nice looking pickup

Great review Karina and Jules..enjoying seeing these. It’s a shame about the tow ball. It would be good to see some more mainstream car reviews too, hopefully you might be able to do some. The Isuzu is a good all rounder and well priced. Nice to see a good warranty too. Thanks

Great channel 👍 cheers from norwegian subs and happy 2018 Isuzu Dmax Auto Arctic Truck AT35 owner. My former truck was a 2015 Hilux D4d 3.0 SR5 Arctic Truck AT37, and the Isuzu Dmax is faster than the Toyota by a big margin!!. It is also lighter n more nimble to drive. I only use the tip tronic/squential gearing, and it works great, and holds the gear without any downshifts even on long climbs

I nearly bought a Isuzu D-max Rodeo a few years ago that had a 3.0 twin turbocharged engine it was a special edition but it was just outside my price range. Great review guys Best wishes Jon and Karen

Great review guys I wanted a L200 last year when we knew we were upgrading the caravan but cause I use my car for work and the company pays an allowance they said it was too sore on fuel I love pick up's 👍

I tow with an aging Mitsubishi L200 animal fantastic tow car but not good for town driving I get around 28 mpg in town and around 22 mpg when towing, but I love pickups and will definitely be getting a newer one soon not sure if it'll be another L200 I fancy a Nissan Nivara or a Ford ranger, but will be auto this time

I believe this the same truck they sell in the states as the Chevy Colorado. With optional diesel they are expesive, around $40k US . Can anyone confirm this the same truck?

@@lensmanonline that would be considered great mpg over here. Most gas trucks get 20 highway, 16 or 17 around town.

Almost all cars over here are automatic. I had to search to find a 6 speed manual Subaru.

Some pick-ups are nice looking, the only downside is the load area. For everyday use I think it is too high and too short. You can't transport Items longer than four or five feet like you can in a hatchback, estate or SUV. Enjoyed the review. Rob

Here we Tow , yes same 3.0 v6 tdi tows my twin axle swift Conqueror like a dream, forget that it’s towing sometimes have to check the mirrors to remind me it’s there 😁

Decent looking ride, shame you couldn't tow with it. I'm on the fence with these trucks, being a surfer, my board wouldn't fit in the back, but i like the look of them

Cheers for commenting, that said I see a lot of lifeguards with pickups with boards on top of the cab with a frame in the back. Where there’s a will there’s a way, that’s why Karina despairs with me as I can normally find a solution. 👍👍

Here we Tow I had one years ago with a rack on the roof. It was only a 2 seater back then, it must be the Colt Seavers in me 😂
