Death Squad is Indonesian death metal band that's popular in underground metal scene here, whereas Isyana Sarasvati is, as you can guess, an Indonesian opera singer, graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Singapore and Royal College of Music, Britain. So I wouldn't call this collab song as a power metal song. It's more of a... death opera song? Lol. But it's an amazing song made and performed by two amazing musicians. Thanks for reacting to this.

you got it right , the singer isyana sarasvati is actually an opera singer , she used to do a pop song but decide to take 180 turn and made some proggresive rock/metal with operatic singing .

It's cool how the opera vocalist and the screaming/growling vocalist interact in the song. The drummer is very talented. Also, if someone watched 02 videos the person know that you react to metal songs and don't like rap voices. For me, it's obvious to recomend metal songs and even if you hate, well, I won't bs if your opinion is different, I don't want to waste my time watching an fake reaction.

A little bit of background from her, she is a graduate of Royal College of Music, London. Early in her career she was a pop singer, then recently she's kinda trying something new which is combining opera music with metal. Her other songs are Unlock the key, My mystery, and Lexicon (but this one is in Indonesian). For Unlock the key, I prefer the live performance because there is improvisation which in my opinion is heavier than the studio/official version (if you want to check it here is the link kzbin.info/www/bejne/j4qcqqWFoMaEiNE at 37.20)

No, luckily not all of her music sounds like this (just today she released a piano version of 'Il Sogno' and I prefer it over the collab with Death Squad by far...), but she did a few things in that direction, "Unlock The Key" might meet your taste, generally everything she did w/ this band as they are a death metal band - some great live performances a s well... (but generaly not my genre at all, but Isyana has me tolerate it because the songwriting and her voice are great, amazing blend... of course the musicians are very good at what they do, it just isn't my genre, just as much as opera might not be yours, but we find common grounds in Isyana...) - So I won't become a sub to your channel, but I check regularly for new reactions to Isyana, so we might meet again... have a great day and enjoy it, peace and love from Bavaria!

@@ProjectEllsworthReacts I think its more like the mix between opera & rock/metal that make it more poppy. I certainly would feel sleepy if its only opera, the rock element make it more poppy/easy listening at least for me rather than the Opera. But i don't know if its the same for other people in the world, i don't know which genre has more fans in this world/more poppy, rock or opera.
