It Actually Happened... (Bloons TD 6)

A super fast Elite Vortex in BTD6 finally happened! The Vortex boss in BTD6 is the fastest one, and Ninja Kiwi wasted no time in giving it (almost) max speed, and probably make this one of the hardest Boss Battles to ever happen.

Well guys, they did an almost maxed out speed Elite Vortex with careful consideration to ban almost all useful towers while being extremely annoying along the way and it worked. Also read my pinned comment on last week's boss video lol.

My defense for the boss t1 050 Bonb t2 205 Ace with overclock t3 Sub paragon t4 boat/Ninja paragon t5 Ace Paragon with micro'd ability I will say this is hardest Vortex Boss they thrown at us, 2nd is Chutes Vortex in 2022 and 3rd is in the loop with 190% speed

What you did for the sub paragon before tier 5 you should’ve done for the ace paragon. You can use two of these on the boss and should clutch a win without powers.

Nah BTD6 bosses suck at diversifying tower usage. Hence, Ninjakiwi spoonfed us with restrictions and modifiers instead as the tower set differentiator instead of the bosses themselves. Not to mention its farming leans heavily on the boring side.

After several attempts finally pulled off T5 on Ranked Elite with a time of 06:44.50 (currently 8th), with only 51 registered times so far. Sub (Deg 57), Buccaneer (43) and Ace Paragons (48) in the bottom middle/right corner, along with a Ninja Paragon (20) up the top left, along with a max sacrificed True Sun God at the top, along with a Spike Storm spam and Permabrew Buff, plus some hefty ability micro pulled through it.

For normal at least it isn’t too bad to handle. I won’t go in-depth on the economy and how to farm as there are *much* better ways but essentially you want to start off with 4 2-0-4 Marketplaces and place down a favored trades to get increased aell back, and then place down a monkeyoplois using a base banana farm. Now you’ll switch to spamming 4-2-0 BRFs into a 5-2-0 BC by the time tier 3 ends or tier 4 depending on how well you did your farming, I had mines at the end of tier 3. Tier 1 place down two spike storms away from the start of the track. This can melt it very fast, and use the leftover money from spikes to begin farming slightly before your monkeyoplois. Tier 2, you can use a 2-5-0 carpet of spikes and just let that carry you, but get down the tier 5 dart monkeys for later. Tier 3, I went with 2-0-4 Dark Champion, 2-5-0 CoS, and a 1-0-5 Master Bomber. Tier 4 place an Apex Plasma Master, and the other two tier 5 ninjas. Tier 5 place down the ninja paragon and boom it’s done. Haven’t tried the elite yet cuz it’s gonna be hell, but ima watch this first to get a general idea of how to do it.

On tier 5 you should've just micro the plane, the frontal attack is much more powerful than the radial never miss darts Nvm you left it on wingmonkey, which I guess is okay but I was talking about the first attempt Nvm nvm, you didn't put it on wingmonkey on the 3rd attempt either

Jesus this boss was difficult. I could barely even use Sticky Bomb against the Normal Vortex this time around. Vortex would just get out of range within just a couple seconds. I had to use the selling strategy from this video. Tiers 1 and 2 were insane.

@room9019 I wouldn’t recommend doing elite because it is a literal hell hole because I had tried doing it even with double cash enabled and still couldn’t beat it because of the speed modifier. I even used a degree 54 ace paragon, a degree 52 sub, a degree 36 ninja, and a degree 34 boat and still couldn’t beat it because the speed was just too fast and I couldn’t get any abilities up in time what so ever so yeah, I would not recommend trying the elite boss this week.

I have attempted elite 3 times. The last time I try-harded the most I ever have. I’m talking 2 tier 4 Insta banana farms at the start, 10 mil cash generated and 4 level 40+ paragons. Still couldn’t beat it. Don’t even try

@@titusmaddern8712 are you using any guides? I used a guide for the normal, and used one for the start and some of the mid agem for elite. I didn’t use 100% of my own strat, and threw in some things I thought would help, but using guides helps so much and there is no shame. (Also sorry for late reply ;-;)

I attempted a ranked run of this boss, would have been ~7 Minutes if I pulled it off, but I died to tier 5. I did probably my best boss farming ever and it still just wasn't enough, just barely didn't reach the last skull before I died. At this point I'm probably gonna step away from this one for a couple days before doing an unranked run and using powers.

I used a 2-0-5 farm insta monkey and had all my farms down and every tier 5 farm before round 40. I had sub, dart, ninja and ace paragons all at least degree 40. I placed down every global tower I could think of and I STILL couldn't beat vortex without time stops. I'm really curious if it's possible to beat this boss without at least powers.

As a veteran twenty-something player I didn't even bother doing this Elite Vortex ranked. Some cash drops on round 1 and time stops on tier 5 did the trick. Note: I try Elite bosses ranked whenever possible, but I don't sweat them, I don't care if I get a crappy score.

I consider Vortex the hardest boss. Dread is just a matter of correct typing, bloonarious is just straightforward, faze has never phased me, lych earned my ire but the kitchen sink approach still works. Vortex though, vortex requires more than just 'good' placement. That said... I plan to get my elite medal this round, and by golly I think imma get it. What worked for me in easy faze fight was glue storm with near total track coverage with embrittlement towers and gwen to buff each hit's power further. I dont expect the added difficulty of elite to be too overwhelming with some adapting. cheers

you messed up your seige core for tier 5, since its 15 seconds before launch the paragon was always useless for the first 10 seconds, if you timed the ability better i think it wouldve been much easier
