It looks like an ad of ccbp😂. Many people i know got placed ( with almost 22-30 lpa package) as a fresher without joining ccbp too. It depends on ones skills and how they take their interest forward to learn new things better. They may provide a platform for learning but it is not the only destination if one wants to learn coding.
