yes, but it's a long term plan. i think the best methodology to making legion champs is to prioritize one character up to ctene/vhilla solo, then move to the next character and repeat, then move to the next, etc. the reason for this is that ctene mules are now much more efficient meso-wise given the new dynamic crystal changes plus you're getting quicker access to priority pitchie/eternal timegates which makes it very possible that you get a couple pitched items before you even make it to hseren. if you do, this saves lots of resources (frag dailies/weeklies, mesos, event flames, maybe even fams) that you would otherwise need to compensate for the extra damage on that character. also, remember that we only need to clear each boss once per character, rather than it resetting like the initial mistranslations suggested. this means we can clear it once during giga event buffs and not have to even really worry about it again. this is also i believe very convenient for reg players who can psok their gear to a mule and run bosses down then psok it back (? i'm not positive but i'm pretty sure they can do this)

Good thing to take in note is that Hexa is as important as gear, 5k fragments should give every class around 50% FD with new masteries. Also after a champion is done, the next one should be easier since it will have the permanent buffs stacked from the previous one, I would recommend doing your strong classes first so you don't have to overgear your weak classes if you have them.

Honestly, you can consider your char really seeded if you can 22* everything around or under 200B... Puting the expected cost aside, a lot of them are just spares gated, especially Arcanes, you could be dry for a single arcane box for months... and if you wanna buy a spare, then it is 5B per piece up front cost.

Those estimates are criminally low, if I was to give a realtisic estimate . I'd say around 400-500b (assuming mixture of both ON and OFF event) for everything and probaly even more if you were to get a full set of mesos/drop gear. Theres always those handful of items that just boom like x10+ and tank you 50-100b+. The cost is honestly the least of the concerns though, a sub 20m HSeren is a crazy threshold, you're basically gonna need to play the mule as a temporary main, leveling up, grinding fraggies and familiars, do dailies but also need to develop some decent hands to tackle a

Should use a dominator instead of Daybreak pendant. Daybreaks are not guaranteed to acquire since they are only available from Verus Hilla and Seren. You will already get the 2 set dawn bonus with Slime ring and TW mark so a dominator pendant makes more sense since it is more widely available. Dom pendants can also be crafted and there is a chance to obtain one daily from Arkarium. This makes dominator much more viable to 22 star. Although the 22 daybreak would be a nice goal for end game in Hseren mules since it will have more attack through the 3set bonus, it is less likely to reach 22 vs the widely available dominator pendant.
