I know you really want to share this with everyone, and I have an idea for you. A book or prompts called A Month of Mindfulness. It could be 30 days long. Each day's prompt would get the reader to think about the prompt you give them, then do the prompt, write about it, and tape a picture in the book after each activity, as a way for them to keep a record. After each days prompt/directions that you give, you can also take the space to share how you used the daily prompt in your own life(as an example to them), complete with your own pictures(your videos and visuals are your best features). As an example for the content and prompts you can share: near the beginning of the month, you can give a prompt to dig in the dirt and plant a vegetable, show yourself doing this in picture form and share a snippet of what you did and how it felt to you. Then, leave an area for them to write about what they did and how it made them feel and a place for a picture. Then in a different prompt near the middle or end of the month, have them harvest the vegetable and make something with it, and again share your own experience and pictures and then leave them space to tape a picture and write what they did and how they felt. There can be prompts about crystals, meditation, collecting, walks, animals, getting into nature, yoga, cleaning, reading, coloring, doing nails, baking, making a craft, doing a good deed, journaling etc. I wish you all the best. ❤❤

Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment, and as always, for your kind words of encouragement and love. It means so much to me and is just so lovely to read your thoughts and words!! What a great idea you've shared. I'd love to do something along these lines, I think it would be a fantastic way to prompt people to be more mindful each day. It's quite similar to what I had in mind, though I love how practical and tangible this would be. Thank you for sharing!! ❤️❤️
