maybe this helps : Its the water that makes you sick in india, not the hygiene... any water that is not boiled you got to avoid.. remember how you consumed unblied water and you will find the culprit.. maybe street food or even fruits juice with unboiled water.. the germs in Indian water are new to your body and makes you sick.
