Welcome back V. A fruitful conversation. I agree with you because I think we really lack implementation of mental health tools and education. In most work places they do talk about things like anti bullying and make a provision for Employee Assistant Programs (EAP) sometimes the program itself is limiting and not advanced if I may say. I believe that. Every mental health professional should be curious and eager to learn more about mental health just to be updated and advanced. Mh.. You mentioned stigmatization. In some cases once you stand up for yourself things just dissappear in the air only to later realize that you are being gaslight and consequently victimized. On the topic of stigmatization yoh. Once some employers realize that you are seeing a psychologist they will discriminate you. At this point I think most people who need the mental health education are not even on social media, remember how some people(classmates, families, and even our own teachers) used to tease us about our looks and backgrounds? Those are the very same people we get to work with, marry, befriend and associate with. With this said I wish to tell people that your mental health is entirely your responsibility, life happens and things happens to us but let's make it a point that we find a way to protect our own mental health. Put on the full amour of God our creator. Let's do away with the victim mentality and be optimistic about this life thing. Lastly my take away from this conversation is that we should be more intentional about knowing ourselves and everything that we are going through (self awareness and education on mental health ). Great platform.. Hahaha you literally answered a question that was posed to our former Miss south Africa I think at Miss world (she was asked how would she respond to bullying and she said that she would choose to ignore the bullies) and you are saying that we should replace misunderstanding with Facts and I couldn't agree more. Lastly yes it's okay to take breaks from the world... Love you guys so much. Bye.

I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate this comment. Thank you so much for dedicating your time to write every word of it! There's still much to explore when it comes to the subject of Mental Health, and I aim to delve into some of these aspects on my channel as time goes on. I thoroughly enjoyed everything you mentioned in this message, particularly the idea of embracing the full protection of God. Thank you for tuning in with love and positivity. Vee
