Taking 20% increased damage after a stun is wild. I used to say if there's going to be a Yag make sure the whole squad is hitscan to get those juicy headshots in... Nope. Just combine Seris' internal torment with Drogoz' spit and you've got yourself tank busting that would make discord orb and anti blush

Raventric's Buck is insane but you should see his Betty. Seems like this reworked Seris is the counter for his Buck

@@XarronChaosSeris is has always been good into buck? if the bucks comp can't force the shadow travel and the seris is in a stack where they will be able to regroup after using it. There isn't a consistent way the buck can kill the seris.

@@thesatietycascade9568 I said Raventric's Buck, but Seris orbs does counter Bounce House when you detonate it while he's in air. Plus her new talent is pretty good since I haven't tried it as much since max orb stack on a champion is 5 and each orb gives 4% increase damage after detonation and max is 20% after detonation. So maybe that talent is kind of a counter against Bounce House Buck until Unbound is maxed out

It's been meta for so long? Based on the comps it's a miracle that ravens team even managed to cap that first point as double supp is so impressive early game. with a nyx as well? Yeah double supp is meta at any level above plat. Watch any scrims or high level players

I wish they would replace this talent with mortal-reach again. As a tank main, I miss the seris being able to hold point while I wait for caut to expire & my cooldowns to reset. It wasn't meta, sure, but it brought a different kind of utility.

I used to use Mortal Reach a lot, as long as one teammate was alive, I would be able to sustain myself in shadow travel the whole match. However, it made a lot of seris players rely on that cool down reduction to abuse shadow travel too much. I think it's healthier that it was removed. It was fun while it lasted though!

i feel like theres always talents that focus on different parts of the kit, and seris has had like 5 different talents that work with rend soul. i got an idea thats less toxic and focuses on shadow travel. Shadow travel becomes instant, cleanses debuffs (not including abilities that prevent skill use like cripples and silences), but removes invulnerability. 30% increased movement speed during Shadow Travel and -2s reduced cooldown. You can use restore soul once per Shadow Travel. as someone who mains soul collector this is the only interesting and non toxic way to change me from instalocking soul collector. seris late game becomes near useless as a healer thanks to restore soul's mechanics (though the new heal talent is pretty insane tbh), so i usually hold back on healing unless its very obviously the best decision for it. the new talent doesnt change her playstyle at all, and unless its broadcasted to the team, doesnt matter. it is a straight downgrade from soul collector in that sense.

No it doesn’t make the talent useless because the damage boost is completely independent of the stun.
