Sim's pitching stats in the minors arent bad. 2015 had a 2.81 ERA in 32 IP with 32K allowing only 1 homer and 6.8 H/9. That would get most guys promoted.

Even as a setup man that's great... like even in low A-Ball or Rookie Ball that normally gets you at least a promotion to Double A or Tripple A and put on the 40 Man for take ups in case of injury...My dad was a pitcher for the Palm Beach Cardinals (Cardinals Class-A Minor League Team) and he got promoted to Double A for a 3.5 ERA In 45 Innings and only like If I remember correctly 30-40 strikeouts
