Hi so glad the snow made you & Kody happy! I know many kids & dogs were out having fun. So cute wagging his tail at you outside. My fur baby walked out, tinkled & ran back in. Am happy wonderful people stepped up to help you, God bless them. I enjoyed seeing the snow & birds were so happy for seeds in my feeders. A good day Hope you get restful sleep tonight. You & Kody are both adjusting and a big move takes time. It's also a different area, small downtown & businesses are not what you had elsewhere. There are many followers that are very generous ♥️ They truly care about you & Kody. I follow a couple creators with cats who haven sick… it’s amazing how loving people are!! Glad you got the financial help. Hope Kody is good to go after the meds are done♥️

Yes, people are amazing, and give me hope that there's still good in the world! Anything I've gotten has been such a help to kody's huge vet bill for those iv fluids. I had no idea it was that outta control. Many people have said that vet in cherokee is way overpriced, but they can do that cause you know why??? I've learned.... there's no other places to take your dog. I called sylva back in Sept when he first got sick and could find NOT one vet that accepts new patients. That's why i had to drive back to TN!!!! I had no choice this time! They should be ashamed. Smh.

We both got find jobs and lots. I founf tiny home that we can afford in Atlanta cheaper than the ones in Franklin..we want ti live by each other like you and your sister.

My dog, Doggie, has rear end issues ( abscess), and I have found that a baked sweet potato makes a world of difference for her. Chicken and sweet potato seems to be a good rule. Add a little bit of coconut from ALDIs is also a good thing too.

No, not that i remember, but he was also still very young then, like a year old. It might affect him a bit more now that he's getting older. Not sure but seems like it.

It would be like if we are McDonald every day, day after day. I see you give him bone broth which is excellent. Just ake sure there is no sodium.

@@italian_grl by the way, Red Barn makes a decent grain Free pet food. They are not owned by a big pet food company like Mars or Menu Foods who are only out for profit. It is discussing what they do. Red Barn is privately owned and test all their ingredients. They use real meat. They do not use animals that died from disease or road kill. It is about $70.00 for a large bag, so not too bad. Just a thought. I know how confused I was when I started researching all this. I can't believe what these big pet food companies get away with.

​@@eleanormassaro5195 Agreed! After having three dogs pass of cancer and two of diabetes, I researched and spoke to a Holostic vet. One out of two senior dogs will develope some form of cancer. It can be the food, over vaccinating, flea drops (which doesn't kill the flea until it bites the dog). Brownies food had BHA in it and at the time I believed what someone else told me to feed instead of doing my own research. That is a guilt I will always have and don't want anyone else to experience that feeling. Feeding heathy is more expensive but I spent over 12k on Brownie when he was diagnosed with cancer. So, is it really more? But we can only do what we can do. But it wouldn't hurt to add some meat, sardines, egg etc to their food .

​@MyGirlKenzie I was referring to the Science diet by Hills that is the sensitive stomach line. That's for every day. I've been giving it to my dogs for 3 years. They have the +7 years food as well as the sensitive stomach dry food.

Btw Melissa, I also Crack the egg yolk in their food too, wether is dry or the wet sensitive food. It's great! This is how I'm able to afford that line for 3 dogs. They are healthy. My Maltese is 20 years old now.

I went and saw a holistic vet who actually study nutrion. But if Science Diet is working g for your pup, that is great! Personally I wouldn't touch it.

Yes i know he misses Gracie, but he didn't see her all that much. I think it's a lot of different things affecting him. I just know he was so sick, i think he was dying on Sunday. I've never been so scared!!!

Yeah it's so hard. I'm still waiting to get my tooth fixed, it had to take a back seat to Kody so sick. Very frustrating. It's like no matter what you do, you never get ahead. It's really hard living one income, i don't care what anyone says!! I'm glad you're cat is ok. 🩷🙏You might want to start a youtube channel, it helps getting monetized a little and people are so wonderful. It lifts your spirits for sure.
