I picked up a pen right before you suggested it. It's hard to let go not to material things for me. Its Emotional ones that are difficult, practicing non attachment has been so very very helpful. I am evenenly social and not social I have to have every other day in complete aloneness to deal with how people are triggering so I don’t trigger them back. I reflect deeply as I am deeply triggered and I completely pull myself out of it until it happens again. I feel people can’t see me for who I am and they are abusive for things they misconstrue and being paranoid of me because I’m single new in town and I’m a unique person that people can’t get a read on or type caste as I am a multifaceted person.

I don’t know how to establish boundaries with my son without hurting his feelings and I can’t even tell his feelings are hurt and he tells his wife like I meant to hurt his feelings; which I hadn’t had that intention. Then his wife is really mean to me and acts like I’m terrible when it’s a new day. There seems to be a constant feud. They are hurting me initially and I try to calmly establish boundaries and I’ve never heard how to go about that. 3:23

Love your videos Gasper, but meditation IS NOT easy to do. I'm so anxious and have much going on around me that it's so difficult to keep my mind on the meditation. I'm ok with the breathing for a short time, but after that, my mind keeps wandering to the problems around me. I would love to be able to switch off completely.
