Finally got it fired, still got plenty of work to do though to get it ready for the dyno. Get hold of this guy if you want a lightweight alternator bracket profile.php?...

Remember those, white paper Mr. Gasket header gaskets? 2 or 3 heat cycles, at idle. Tighten the bolts every time. Make one short run, exhaust leaks galore!😄 Im, 52. Quit, using them in my early 20's.

I've used those once I think, only use 1415's since I've found out about them.

Sounds healthy! I'll be watching for the dyno day video, should be interesting. Hoping we'll see it at the track this season!

I've been able to reuse 1415 exhaust gaskets also! save a few bucks where you can, also interesting that the RCI are 5lb lighter each! thats awesome!

Damit man it sounds healthy for sure , what cam are you running? Ive got to finish putting beans back together today and get it all dialed back in. I had swapped cams but didn't like the new one. I loved the top end power but wasn't as good throughout the rpm range as the original cam but I got to swap in a few other mods that I been wanting to do in hopes of a extra pony or 2 so it worked out in the long run. Still gotta tune on mine this afternoon also to get it ready for the battle of the 347s 😂. You probably got me covered with one of your stock 5.0s 😅😂
