My question is How are they getting some of these drugs, especially ones used in a hospital setting? Someone is making and selling. The government has every capability to stop these drug dealers. They track your every move, but not drug dealers?

Maybe I should move to Ukraine, Israel or Taiwan. They don’t have border issues or massive homeless and drug problem. Well Ukraine has a border issue but we’re spending over a hundred billion to protect their border so it’s more secure than ours. In fact all those countries got a ton of money and live better then Americans, the ones paying them.
