Ehm actually they went 11-1 from swiss because you cant really win 11 games in 3 BO5s. 11-1 was there score against all 4 LPL teams including BLG which they won 2-0 against to advance to quarters 🤓☝

@@annguyenvan6560 JDG were the favorites going into the tournament, especially up until this series they were unstoppable almost completing the golden road. In general the LPL were looking very dominant; knocking out KT and GEN.G in quarters. Ever since semis T1 knocked out every single remaining LPL team to claim the world title. The odds were stacked against T1 as the last remaining LCK team, but T1 have a long history of beating the LPL and this remained true in this tournament.

@@turntupbass9242 Gen G's arguably the best team in LCK because their macro is impeccable and their playstyle is super solid, super compact. The definition of perfect professional team play. But T1 is the team that capitalizes any single one of the opponent's mistakes which is punishing for the LPL's run and gun style. T1's basically Real Madrid of the football world. Still win playing like shit cuz they capitalize on a single huge mistake.

This game was such a stomp. T1 literally took everything they could in this game. Heralds, dragons, they took every tower when they already had the game won with 1 down, took all 3 inhibs in JDG's face then killed them before ending the game. To lose only 2 games in the whole tournament is insane.

@@zeinmets3550 and if it's correct, SKT/T1's winning percentage against Chinese teams at Worlds is 0.844 or 84.44% differential. 0.8276 in the playoffs and 0.875 in the group stage/Swiss.

T1 is JDG's kryptonite it seems. T1 3-1 JDG last Worlds in Semis. T1 2-3 barely loses to JDG this year at MSI even when JDG is peaking hard T1 3-1JDG in a convincing stomp.

Lck has won 7 world titles, while lpl has won 3. Lpl being more dominant is the definition of a false narrative. also MOST years the top 4 is mostly Korean. People's recency bias is out of control and pure delusion.

@@carloluis174 and you failed to read the part that I said "this year" which implies the dominance pertaining only to this year that's not recency bias, it's just facts that for this year, LPL had more teams deeper into the tournament it's a different matter if we're talking about the whole span of the league, LPL is clearly not more dominant

That also cements the point of how dominating t1 is. They took out every single lpl team, giving away only one single game. If the region is that dominant, what more is the team that swept the region by a wide margin.
