I'm SBI SO and i can definitely say as per 11th Bipartite, CTC for banking job is approximately 15 lacs if i include leased accomodation and other perks. On contrary i have worked in tcs, has an offer in infosys as well. Kinds of hike they offer annually is way less than SBI

So bottom line ye hai ki, SO IT ka job me pressure bhi hai, no 5 day work, 10hr work, future is also not secure like core govt jobs, frequent transfers bhi honge after a time😅

sir i am final year student from tier 3 government collage, my collage is new so we don't get placement opportunity also there is so many layoff is happening in it so I am planing to prepare for ibps so , I have good knowledge of collage subject like dbms network etc, I am going to graduate in june so if I start preparation for ibps so in june is there enough time to crack ibps exam from june because prelims exam is schedule in November please suggest me

sometime I feel that you downgrade IT officers as I am presently working as an IT officer in y city I get 72 k gross with jaiib + 3k allowance as I am working in small bank dont want to disclose that follows BIPARTITE ( In psb it may be much higher as there allowances are more ) so CTC is around 9 lac + medical far better than banglore 15 lac package.If you are in x city it will be more. I have 1 year experience compare with that in banking as PO 23 YEARS of age. Work life balance is also in IT officer.
