I've got a '94 Toyota Celica ST204 and the cable was pretty loose, so I adjusted it just like shown on the video. But after doing that the engine idle speed went up to 1500 rpm, which is not good I guess. I went back to the original setting of the cable to ensure engine revs are about 900-850 in the idle.
