Freedom of speech doesn't give you Licence. Freedom of speech give Liberty. आप फ़्रीडम ऑफ स्पीच में यह नहीं कह सकते कि "तू नीच जात है तो जितना भी मेहनत कर ले पढ़ाई कर ले तू नीच जात का हमेश ऊंच का रहेगा " आप यह भी नहीं कह सकते तू नीच जात है तू नीच ही रहेगा। There is casteism in rural India that is why there is reservation in Urban India . Remove casteism first than Reservation will Evaporate later after some time SC /ST act will be gone. समझ गए कि नहीं 😝

nothing hard at all.....just go and file an FIR..... when pokice sees it's obviously fake....they try to settle it out. There are entire gangs roaming around just filing fake cases in this and extorting money.

Despite such strict SC/ST rules, there is so much caste discrimination, despite such strict sexual harrasment rules, there is so much crime against women, kya fayda hua. Sirf innocent logo ka khoon peete hain par asli victims ko justice dena inke bas ki nahi. What an incompetent joke Indian judiciary is.
