Lissette Cruz is the Queen of Aquarium Nails...she does them a lot and has done many different themes and has really mastered the construction....But yours are amazing. I love to see different artist's versions of things and you really brought your A game! It is extremely ambitious for you to start with doing a full set your first time making Aquarium Nails...to be fair most people start by doing one in a set of nails.

Hey Carole! I'm so glad you found my channel. The biggest difference between polygel and rubber base is that you can't soak off polygel. You have to file it down, but I had a peel off base coat on my nails already so I was able to easily remove them. With rubber base you can soak it off when you're ready to change your set, but it's still very sturdy and they both last the same amount of time. I mostly used the polygel because of the color for this set. 🩷 Thank you for watching! 🥰

Good morning! To be honest, they all apply the same and easy to soak off. "Gel" are more expensive, but you can barely tell the difference. They all have the same feel and durability (to me). It really just comes down to the cost. Thank you for sharing!
