If you go in villages around here, you will be mindblown by how much chilli rural people eat throughout the day! There's a saying here "mirchi ki garmi bahar ki garmi ko kaat deti hai."

They use inferior oil and other stuff. This is food for poor people and youngsters who cant afford restaurants. MIddleclass does not eat at this joints. Some vlogs show as if entire Nagpur survives on these unhygienic carts.
