Yeah the autumn is also very beautiful here! I think we keep the snake as a farm pet. I’m happy Bram is always driving especially when it’s this muddy. We can’t wait for the transfer!!!!

Great vlog and I cannot wait for next week and confirmation you have signed at last. Poor Bram fingers worked to the bone. I sincerely hope that asbestos is not going to be left with the rest of his junk in the forest, it is disgusting to be honest. How on earth someone can let any place get into that condition completely escapes me. The snake ah! I would just leave it if it isn't poisonous, it may help keep mice etc. down. Poor Luna must have picked something up on the farm which doesn't surprise me at all when you consider the junk that is lying around. There could be all sort of chemicals etc. soaking into the ground. I cannot recall if you have had the soil tested for contamination. Fingers crossed for you both.

Oh we can’t wait either! But we just can’t believe it so we will be super happy after signing. We would love to have the snake as our farm snake so hopefully he will stay :) on average they eat 1-2 mice every week. Yeah it’s not good atm but we will clean everything as good as possible for the dogs :) she will be ok. We take good care of her:) Thanks so much!

How different are the law in France, because here in America when you sell/buy a piece of land it go with what ever is there at the sell moment, at that moment furniture, house, garbage or whatever in the land become your and you have to throw away or use, but it is your.

It's similar here I guess. When viewing a house you discuss on what stays and what has to go. After signing legally everything on the property is yours. But in this case the former owners will be our neighbor so we had to stay at least friendly with him.... Thanks and take care.

i'm french and i know how messy a farm can be (i live in Normandy countryside but i grown up in Bearn ) but this farm is something unbelievable ! the among of trash make me speachless Did the farm was abandonned and use as a dump ??

The former owner never really lived there so when he got it he wasn't able to maintain the place. And people are just animals sometimes. It's a day job to keep a farm clean..... Have fun with the vlogs :)
