This is my favourite R&M sketch. From 2nd series of "The Smell of Reeves & Mortimer" music by Queen

Vic and Bob are basically emissaries of our subconscious sense of humor. They manage to tap into that hidden, indescribable element of slapstick that makes you laugh and just stretch it to the most beautiful place it can go.

I've watched that first trick over and over and I just can't figure it out. Best magicians in history!

My favourite R and M combination of suits. They look incredibly dapper

This put an end to David Cooperfield and co ever using “it’s a kind of magic” theme ever again! 👍🏻

he jokes, he sings, he dances, he does magic, he cracks eggs with one hand. Is there anything Vic can't do?

Just imagining the writing/creative process... "Then I can come in with like a dog-rig" "A dog rig?" "Yeah, you know, like a stuffed dog on some poles attached to my waist?" "Oh right yeah go on," "Yep so I just kinda dip the dog in the bowls of orange juice while you hit a tiny cymbal." "I LIKE it."

Is there anywhere to find the new series online? I live in Japan, and BBC has a region block on IPlayer, so I haven't been able to see any of Vic and Bob's Big Night Out

Genius. Check out Horne and Cordon trying to copy (rio off) this skit on their show to see how embarrassingly bad and unfunny they are.

Just the sort of creative, witty and cutting comeback I'd expect from a R & M fan.
