“it’s a small world” Holiday malfunctions during the 2021 holiday season. 1. No Santa light and not moving 2. Dancers not jumping up 3-5. Flickering light 6-7. Bell hitting set 8. One arm not moving 9. Hat fell off 10. 2 dolls stop moving occasionally 11. Hat fell off 12. Flickering light 13. Dancers not moving legs 14. Not swaying 15. Lights off in 3 letters 16. Head facing wrong way 17. Speaker plays static 18. Hand moving too fast and hitting tambourine 19. Cracked mouth. I didn’t include every broken thing but I included most. Comment any suggestions you have for future videos.

If you are wondering, this is the reason It's a Small World is under maintenance a ton. There are a lot of details and decorations so it's easy to notice when one isn't working the way it's supposed to.

Looking at the unplugged Santa Animatronic reminds me of a little toy my sister had, it was a little house with a virtual girl on there, the background was plastic with color changing lights, when it turned off it kind of looked like that

When I was a kid in the 1970s-80s, we only went to Disneyland about once a year. My sister and I would count how many things were broken in small World (minimum 5 each trip). There used to be dolls that would just stand there and spaz out twitching, or their eyes would be completely shut and they’d be standing still while everybody else was singing. It was pretty creepy, but rather funny too 😁 This is nothing new. This ride is massive with so many moving parts.
