Thanks so much, Jacqueline! I’m actually doing keto. But sometimes I fall off the wagon lol but I’m really trying hard. My A1c was off the charts. I was almost a diabetic. My cholesterol was high and my liver enzymes were high. So I completely changed everything and I was able to bring all my numbers down to normal. Thanks so much.😊 if I can do it, anyone can do it trust me.🤣
