Always a lot of praise for the milenkovic signing (and rightly so) but without Sels coming in last January we might not have even been in the division this year. Quality keeper who is getting better and better.

What a team...I saw the unity and respect they have for each other 18mnths ago..with those last additions defensively and this keeper...it's added quality..to keep this team together for a decade would be a good thing to see. Superb signing. Think back to the sheer panic last season when Matt Turner had the ball at his feet, or when Odysseus stayed on his line. Selz is more than just solid, he’s commanding. The spine seems so strong at the moment.

Yes, Sels has been pretty solid,some great saves this season, but along with the back 4/5, we havent conceded many goals. But it's a team game and the rest of the lads have been so good this season I can't still quite believe it's happening, but it is. How far can we go? Europe?

Sels and Elanga are two great examples of the high level man management and player development super-NES has brought to the club, Sels was conceding those shots last year and Elanga was snatching those shots but both have being outstanding this season.

I love this guy and his approach. He knows what's the essentials and to me seems like helping hand getting focus right. People think it's all about feathers in the hat, "how good are you as a player" (this can distract at least if you don't have balance.) Matz Sels looks to me to be good at reminding his club-mates it's a team sport ...when, at this level you probably in a group like this, ...got some big egos with some "diva" attitude (for good and bad, it's both, hehe. lol). Think the dynamic of personalities is essential in a winning mentality.
