1000% recommend a camera monitor in the car for the car seat! Same principle as a mirror but you can Mount the screen on the dash so you don’t have to worry about seeing baby in the mirror!! As a first time mom it SAVED my like with the amount of anxiety I had 😂🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Sav, this might sound weird but you should get combs for your labour. Hair combs. I love watching labour and delivery videos and I saw one where the mom said squeezing the comb was a great relief because it redirects the pain. Just look it up, I hope it helps❤❤

I just seen this video. I just want you guys to know only a CPST is the only person who can safely guarantee your seat is installed correctly. I'm excited for y'all! Also, for the straps do the pinch test! Slightly try to punch the straps and if no strap goes in your fingers the straps are tight enough. I also like to put two fingers under the chest clip ( pinch test is more accurate as everyone has different size fingers)

Not sure if the man at the store told you about this but never have baby in puffy clothes while in car seat, the straps won’t be tight enough or secure if they are wearing puffy clothes. You can put car seat blankets on that attach to the car seat handle they almost look like a cocoon and they have a opening to see their face and make sure car is warmed up inside whenever possible before putting baby in
