@@akshaygoyal2024 go to www.dhamma.org/ select your centre as per your timing. also you can not talk to anyone for 10 days. they are very strict on this rule. by day5 almost 10 people had left it. its hard as there is no music to meditate to no satsang as such where you can laugh and praise do jaikaras. its divided in 2 parts anapana(breathing meditation) and vipassana (meditation where you monitor all your sensation despite how annoying and painful are they). youll be doing atleast 12-13 hours of meditation with breaks and you have to clean your room dishes and clothes by yourself. best thing is isolation rooms or shunyagrah where you will meditate in pagoda like structure with lil to no rooms alone for a stretch with no fans. youll find something good on those painful 10 days
