It's All About The Shirt - A H&M Haul

Hello my lovely viewers, Yvonne here from Style it Forward. In my video a few weeks ago, where I focused on 2024 spring/summer fashion trends, I spoke about crisp shirting, detailing, applique, broderie anglaise etc, things that would make a shirt stand out or set them apart. Hi Yvonne ,lovely collection as usual. You always make everything look so elegant ! I particularly like the olive blouse and spotted cream one on you. Have you ever had your colours "done" I wonder ? I did it about 35 years ago and still have the swatches that suit me as a guide . You always seem to know which colours to choose that suit you, which is why I was curious.💖

Good morning Yvonne. A lovely selection of blouses, something for everyone I think. The detail on the broderie anglaise top is beautiful, I really like it with the wide leg jeans. My favourite is the khaki shirt. Definitely my style 👍

What a great collection of shirts ❤️. Wasn’t sure about the billowy one until I saw it styled different ways but now I love it. I was especially wowed by the “leg of mutton” sleeve blouse and the long length white blouse was stunning. The spotty, cowl neck blouse actually looked better on you than the model. Hi Yvonne , yes lovely blouses, but , I’m a size 12 , bigger bust , & some of them would make me look huge 😂. I really liked the olive green one . As usual , they all looked great on you . I do from time to time, pop into my local store , but , I can never see anything I like , it always looks very scruffy, & a bit too young for me 😞. Thanks for the haul . 😘

Thank you for this review. What a difference it makes to see the H & M clothes model by a " normal person". I do not like to browse their website because the models and the style of the advertising is horrible! When you model all those shirts, I could not believed how nice they are. Thank you.

The green shirt makes you look so much younger and fresher than any of the white shirts . The white shirts i feel are taking away from your complexion and the color of your hair.
