I give you kudos for getting out to Long Island. As a long time resident of Staten Island, I lived my life around trying to avoid driving in Queens and Long Island. I’m sure people there avoid Staten Island too. Queens has roads that all have the same name and intersect with one another other ( boulevard, street, avenue, etc. ) and Long Island is just a giant parking lot. Nice to see the beach though. We have one too.
