The physical therapist is absolutely correct. You do NOT want to have a frozen shoulder because the pain you have felt so far is nothing compared to having a frozen shoulder. I had two neck surgeries in two days while I also had the frozen shoulder and recovery was bad! I hope you recover quickly and fully! 🙏🙏🙏💜💜💜🙏🙏🙏

Oh gosh. I had frozen shoulder in my right arm. I had to complete removing and replacing all the flooring in the house we had just bought before I could have it fixed. I couldn’t raise my arm above my waist that whole time. We replaced everything with vinyl plank. The orthopedist was able to break the adhesions free without surgery thankfully. I made a full recovery and I’m in my 60’s.

It's ok Steph, it was easy to figure out you forgot the cash. I've almost done that myself. Brandon just goofed a little, we all do that too!! I have arthritis in my shoulder and I get that same problem at times. I've dealt with frozen shoulder and you don't want that! Yes, do the exercises, it can take some time, but they work. Just don't push yourself to hard.

When I was growing up my grandparents had a farm with cows and we didn't have to hold onto the bottle to feed the calves. They make a device to hold the bottle so nobody will have to hold the bottle.

Sorry to hear of your sore shoulder. Mine was mended as a torn rotator cuff. I was ok until the tendon snapped. Now I am waiting for a reverse shoulder replacement in July. I feel your pain🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 I hope everything goes well for you.

Try a Tense machine for your shoulder. For any sore muscles or arthritis pain it really helps. Just put the patches on each side of the pain and SLowly adjust dial until you start to feel the pulses than adjust the timer. You can clip it to your belt and walk around or sit with a heating pad with the Tense .it does help alot.

My daughter had bad shoulders. But it was from work. Forklift among other things. I was with her on her doctor visits to help her try to remember everything. She had to have the mri. She had tears that went every which way in both shoulders and the surgeon flat told her surgery wouldn’t help. She was in her 50’s and we tried to get her on SS disability.. it’s amazing how people react. They don’t understand that you do not have to stay on it. Anyway, things got messed up and she didn’t get it until she had a car accident and lost an entire arm. Backing up a bit….she did physical therapy for the shoulders and it didn’t help. Later she worked at McDonald’s. She was not a slacker when it came to work…. Glad your shoulder is better. Good luck. ❤❤❤

I broke my left arm at the shoulder last September because I tripped. You have to move and use the arm when broken and healing or you won't be able to use it I was told. Healed fine.

I hope your shoulder feels better soon! I had a torn labrum, torn rotator cuff and frozen shoulder and needed surgery for all of them about 18 months ago. Now, I re injured my shoulder again and I re tore my labrum and rotator cuff and need surgery again. It’s so painful!! I sure hope you will be ok!! You probably need a MRI if it doesn’t get better soon. Hugs!!

I think maybe people were just startled by your story being abruptly cut off and reacted because of that. I don't know if they meant to be jumping on Brandon or were just wanting him to know they wanted to hear the rest of the story. We care about you Stephanie. You are a beautiful person inside and out. To us you are more important than the ads. Ouch!!! I know how that shoulder injury feels. I got slammed into a wall playing indoor soccer years ago. I didn’t feel injured, but I couldn’t pick up my arm the next day. It was internal swelling in the bursa. And they did tell me the same thing about the sling.

Hello Steph, You and Kayson have a fantastic physical therapist and she is so right. There is an old saying, “use it or lose it “, so her giving you those exercises to do was the right thing to do. So your shoulder will be getting better soon than you think. Please please be careful for a while even after the pain goes away and keep doing those pesky exercises so your shoulder will feel stronger. About bottle feeding the llama young ones. I read that they can become aggressive if bottle fed. You might want to look into it more before pursuing that. I think they call it berserk syndrome. It said they don't react the same way calves and goats do to bottle feeding, and the affection you give while doing that ,and can become dangerous as they get older. If you think she still needs milk maybe you could feed from a bucket or milk replacer added to her feed.
