Love the interpretation Brodie, reading exodus and many of the Old Testament passages reminds me also how much I am similar to the Israelites in not trusting God. The manna as you pointed out was meant to feed the Israelites for a day and their desire to save more bread meant they weren't trusting God in the midst of the wilderness. Their human and sinful thinking were caught up in trying to figure out if they will be able to survive more days in the wilderness, hence why they decided to save. But they didn't acknowledge that God is the one who provides and that God is more powerful, bigger, and greater than any difficult circumstances.

Great video! Satan likes to use those moments where we get prideful and think we know enough to discourage us from reading the Bible! And that's why if we aren't careful we can end up not reading the Bible for days. We should always be humble before the Lord because we can never know enough, but He knows everything. I have been trying to figure out what I need to do in my life. Because I want it to be something that matters to God. And so I have just been trying things out, and constantly just reading and praying. It gets me anxious to not stick to what everyone else is doing, but I think I need to do something that feels close to God for my life to matter. Bear my cross and follow him. But in doing that, I have to learn how to get through the fear of not knowing.

No matter what you do, you will always matter to him and he proved it on the Cross. The price tag of your 🫵 life was Jesus (God himself) having to step off his throne and die for you. I know how it feels to be confused on what you are gonna do so I just encourage you to focused on him always and he WILL work it out. I’m also learning this process :))) ❤️don’t worry or be anxious, this is also a command Christ gives.

Hey Josh-Lukas-If I can share-what works for me is to start every morning by reminding myself that God loves me unconditionally. Then I think about how God has made me His righteousness through Jesus Christ. No shame, guilt, or condemnation. Totally freed from sin and separation from the Father. Totally one with Him! Then I just ask the Holy Spirit to lead me. Then I just set all that aside and start doing the "have to" things like taking out the trash, shopping... you get the idea... but I do all this just living and celebrating every moment of my life. Living life to the fullest. Experiencing His love. It is amazing how the Spirit will bring people across my path who need an encouraging word, a prayer, and even a healing. I ask people if I can put my hands on their arm or hand and I don't even pray-but God heals them on the spot! What's cool is that I don't have a script to follow so I don't "chicken out". Everything is spontaneous and happens so fast I don't have time to worry or fear. I just open my mouth and the Spirit gives me the words or I put my hands on the person and God’s power heals them! Love you brothers!
