it's been 10 years | reflections about my first dysautonomia attack

My life changed on January 22nd, 2014. It has been 10 years since that initial dysautonomia attack. A whole decade. These are just some thoughts I have about it. One day I'd like to talk about my entire diagnosis journey, but these are just some reflections about this day specifically.
