Jimny is a new classic car in my view. Basic car. Fewer things to go wrong. The reliability and maintenance advantage of a Suzuki. The small size is just perfect. Seats 5. Goes anywhere. It's a very sensible car. But the market hasn't been mature enough to understand what the jimny is offering.

Welcome back 😊Thar Roxx is the end of it also , what other iteration they can bring with the typical Jeep shape . 4W AT Roxx with those bells & whistle's will be 30L , so projecting it as a 12.5L car is not going to live long. Fuel efficiency figures also not appealing for Roxx. So people will either go for a XUV or Creta or anything else. If you look back Gypsy also sold in very small numbers in India. Again don't forget MSIL is exporting Jimny 3D and 5D in big numbers and Suzuki is an international player 😉

Another reason for Jimny failure is lack of engine option.Diesel..Just imagine if the 225nm Suzukis own E 15 diesel engine was available..They could have plonked that in Jimny..It would have returned more FE as well as current k series engine in Jimny is not that Fuel efficient..The diesel blunder that Suzuki did cost them big..Maruti is suffering because of lack of capability of its parent sadly..
