Lofi helps me to just ease into my depression. It flares it right up tbh. But the music is so calm at the same time. Basically I have trouble processing my feelings, and I tend to bottle things up. This music gets me into a headspace where I’m calm enough to push away all the distractions I use to push my feelings down, and just let me cry it out. Crying is therapeutic, and it’s ok to not be ok. But I just wanna say that even though life is really tough right now, that you’re never alone. Jesus loves u, and there’s so many people who love and value you. Keep going, you got this. ❤️
