Whether intentional or not, there are some places in this song that matches the melody of "The Moon Rises." I love that and this song.

Thank you! I have written other songs, which are scattered around my channel and elsewhere. It doesn't happen too often, unless it's someone who wants me to put music to lyrics they've written. I have little incentive to write songs on my own, because I don't necessarily want to be the one singing. Didn't do any songs for Pencilmation, although there were times I was tempted to sneak something in.

Neither, technically. In the context of the fan comic this was made for, it’s sung by a completely different character, who is acting like a narrator. However…when I wrote this song, I was writing it from Celestia’s perspective. Although, I guess it works for Luna too.
