Sending lots of love and hugs your way! Postpartum depression is…a trial. It’s easy for others and even family members to tell you to basically get your head out of your butt you have kids to take care. It’s easy for others not to be empathetic and even pretend to understand but no where near close to comprehending what it actually means to go through it. Even for those of us moms who have gone through it, it’s different for everyone. It’s not easy, it’s a struggle. And us moms can get pretty good at pretending to be okay too. What’s important is to take the time for oneself to get the help you need and to speak up when you realize what it is your going through. There’s no shame in it. I didn’t know anything about postpartum depression with my first, no one talked about it, no one even brought it up in any visits prior or after. I thought something was seriously wrong and felt ashamed of how I felt and embarrassed to talk to anyone. It was basically my own research close to my second that I realized what I was going through. It affects so much. Know that others are here for you even just to send you a big smiley face or even an upside down one 🙃 when ever you need 😊 and sometimes you just need to take a me moment and look at yourself in the mirror to tell yourself, your absolutely darn amazing!

So happy to see your face on the screen again. You have helped me through so much. Preparing for pregnancy, during pregnancy, and I’m officially a month 1/2 postpartum. Thank you for everything you’ve done and will continue to do. You are incredible, please don’t doubt that for a second ♥️ Post anything!

I understand honey. With my first baby, I had ppd and I didn’t even know it. When I had my babies, none of those things were not talked about or known. But when I turned 27 I was diagnosed with bipolar, anxiety and panic disorder. I take medicine,, helps so much but it’s not a cure and I still have bad times. Praying for you. God bless you and your family. ❤

I was so hesitant about getting treatment for PPA because 1. I didn’t want any future insurance issues 2. No one in my close family that I knew had ever been treated for a mental health issue. At the end it got to the point where it was so bad that even my dad said to go to a doctor. I wish I had gone sooner. 4 months of treatment and then I was back to normal. Don’t wish that anguish on anyone. Life in and of itself is hard on its own. Glad to have a fellow TX mama back!!

I think I’m in the woods. I definitely believe I had ppd, but she’s 8 months now.. I think it’s full on depression.. very overwhelmed, I keep telling myself to push through.. but I get knocked down, lose entire days and stress out my partner and kids. Not enjoying this at all.. I’m thankful for your honesty.. I’m happy your doing better and are finding a way to function. Sending love.

I'm happy to see you're doing OK! Thank you for talking about your PPD and PPA struggles, there's not many brave enough to do so, but it's something I think a lot of us mamas worry that we're the only ones going through it, or may not even realize that is what's going on.

As a new Christian and new mom I can say I truly believe post partem depression and anxiety are demonic attacks … Children are a gift from the Lord. And the enemy wants to take our happiness. To anyone battling it. Prayyyyyy. It really helps.

From one Houston mama to another, I hope you get better soon! PPD and PPA and even rage are so damn real and I love how transparent you are. I'm due with baby #2 soon and scared to death of going through that again. Sending hugs and I'd love to see more fashion videos bc I have no sense of fashion lol 💜

So happy to see you back 💖 I first found your channel two years ago when I was pregnant with my youngest son. Watching you on KZbin made me feel less alone in my momma worries. With the pandemic I felt lost, in myself and in my abilities as a mom/wife. Even now it’s a struggle and like you said it’s a process. Thank you for always sharing as much as you can/do. Sending you so much love, support and prayer you Beautiful soul ✨🙏🏼💖

Yay so glad you're back!! You're my favorite you tuber 💛 I would love more style videos! You helped me a lot with post partum anxiety. I had so much anxiety leaving the house with my new baby but when you posted that video saying you would get a coffee and just walk around target with your baby to get out of the house and relax, that helped me know that it's not as hard as I think! Also would love maybe potty training must haves, tips and tricks, potty training boys vs girls? Is that weird? Cause dont the boys have to stand? I dunno! I haven't done this before 😂 Anyways thanks for posting again looking forward to watching and hanging out via KZbin videos!😊
