I dunno. I couldn't balance these things, I just fell in love with the idea of the garlic relic. How many relics rhyme?!

I feel like your boss swap relics usually work out. I tried one yesterday and I swapped to the Sozu, then all my relics went potion based. I got the potion belt, the white beast statue, the toy ornithopter. The only non potions i got were the bronze scales, the latern, the ornimental fan, and i think the incense burner. I did not survive the act 2 boss.

Keep in mind there's a lot of survivorship bias on the KZbin runs, where wins are more likely to become a video. The Spire is just like that sometimes.

Adding onto what the others have said, I think in one of his videos from earlier this week is that his win rate on each character is somewhere in the range of 50-60%. For every absolutely busted run we see here on youtube, there are probably a dozen failures and unremarkable wins before it.

Just randomly thought of what the highest damage you could deal in one card was (not including searing blow and brilliance because just saying infinity isn't fun) You'd need to start with ironclad with a prismatic shard, Then you need any card or relic that gives strength, limit break+ to reach 999 strength, the divinity stance, pen nib, phantasmal killer, vulnerable with paper phrog, and finally the card that actually deals the damage: heavy blow+. This would deal (14+(999×5))×3×2×2×1.75 for a whopping total of 105189 damage. I spent a good few minutes thinking about this and couldn't find anything further, but I'll be happy to hear if anyone can improve this :)

Would you rather have relics with combos or relics stepping on each other's foot? I was thinking what if, when you have dreamcatcher, taking coffee dripper would open a new option like girya in the rest sites that would make you "drink a coffee" instead, so that you would still pick a card with dreamcatcher but wouldn't rest.

In my limited experience, Pandora's Box boss-swaps are disastrous and completely kill my runs, every time. It really ruins everything when your deck suddenly has one or two block cards and a bunch of random parts of different archetypes that don't work well together at all.

So, I did the math and, assuming I didn’t mess up, you must play Claw+ 16 times before it matches the damage output of an equal number of Steamline+ plays Naturally, that says nothing about cClaw’s advantages, namely that it’s free from the beginning and that upgrading it is considered pretty unnecessary. Still, it shows why Streamline is usually a better pick. In essence, you only need one, and the upfront damage makes it extremely useful in Act 1, when you want it most. And then, it remains a solid attack for the rest of the game, sometimes even becoming your core damage plan. Claws, on the other hand, offer little up front value and demand a lot of investment to be successful. Much of that investment is less rewarding up front, too, meaning you have to scale into a Claw deck in other, off brand ways. Basically, it’s much harder and riskier

I don't know if this is a known glitch, but I was playing with mods but nothing that should have affected being able to skip ahead to act 4... I didn't even have all the keys, act 3 started and basically the screen went black and skipped straight to act 4.. I was incredibly confused and I actually wanted to play act 3 because the run was going really well. So I ended up turning the game off turning it back on and I was back to act three. I don't know what I did. The mods I had should not have allowed that to happen. I remember messing around and just clicking on the screen everywhere. I've always been curious if that was a glitch that could be recreated or if it was some weird thing with mods that I had turned on. No idea
