555 the last time I reached out when I needed support, I found myself alone and misunderstood. When your only support system turns away and you are disregarded, it gets to be rather difficult to believe that there are others out there who want to be there for you at any capacity. Because of this, I have found more comfort and support within myself and have stopped setting myself up for disappointment and gave up on seeking the support of others. That still isn't going to stop me from being that same support in which I once sought, for others. Even if it is to my detriment, I will still be the rock for another because I know what it's like first hand to need one and not have one in a time of need. ❤

Thank you for this message. It's true that I do sometimes wallow in the past a bit more than I need to. My life has been overall quite good, though there have been some stressful times. I am able to come back to reality pretty easily though, and it helps to look back and then look at where I'm at now. Because of a current conflict, I am not feeling very proud of myself, though I am trying to remain positive. I have reached out to a couple friends to talk about what's been going on and it helps. While I am trying to respect and love myself, I also want to continue to do good for others and out them first. I look forward to growing more. I will be patient and remain focused on my goals of self-improvement. If you're reading this, I hope this message uplifts you.
