It's Easy to Sew a Blouse With This Technique/ Double Layered Flared Blouse

For this blouse, I used 2m of crepe chiffon and 7m of organza lace. Don't use lace if you don't want to. I used it because I love it.
The sizes I use in the video are suitable for sizes 36-38. Chest size should not exceed 100 cm. Add or subtract 2cm for other sizes.
