I give Messi credit! The way how he took those goals💣he's more natural than Ronaldo. In terms of a purest, he makes something hard look easy, very smooth and controlled and this what makes Messi in terms of just ability superior to Ronaldo. I’m sorry to say but I believe Messi is great but they are some players who turn sour when the play alongside him. He doesn’t seem to get the best out of other players like Ronaldo does with Portugal and Madrid. This is evident with Argentina with the likes of Higuan and Aguero. Ronaldinho and Etoo and the players graduated from Barca’s academy such as Busquet, Xavi and Inesta brought out the best in him and complimented his style. The major issue is valverdes starting 11 picks for example Suarez has to be benched to give some of the younger players a chance and to make him want to work for his playing time. Also the absence of artur has been very bad for us since he helps take off some creative pressure from Messi while providing better control in the midfield than Vidal for example

Demar Mckenzie Dembele has been fantastic this season. Their problem is half of team is old as fuck and the young players are mostly attackers. Vidal, Busquets, Pique and Alba are all fantastic but none of them are in their prime. This is certainly a team that relies on Messi - the good thing for football fans is it allows us to shut up ronaldo fans who have the bizarre idea that Messi requires world class teamates at all times.

Someone like Messi doesn't come around so often and it's just amazing to see him play. A man who is very quiet in the media, not showcasing his fitness very often but comes to play hard every game and when his team needs him he shows up. Not everytime granted but he's learned from his failures I'm sure of it. He's should be everyone's inspiration because not all of us are gifted with the strength and the height of a Cristiano Ronaldo. Messi shows everyone that despite his height disadvantage he can make defenders look like complete fools with his pace and his body movements. No one could have predicted what Messi has turned into over his career especially facing the pressures of Barcelona. If they would retire jerseys he definitely deserves it with the lasting effect he's had on la Liga. All that aside I know that the day both Ronaldo and him retire the footballing world will definitely be immensely grateful and their historic careers will be told for many years to come. Everyone is witnessing greatness right now.
